JACK MARTIN BAINS, JR. : Mr. Bains was born in Birmingham, Alabama on June 19, 1967. He attended the University of Alabama, where he earned a B.A. degree in 1989 and his J.D. degree in 1992. He was admitted to the Bar and licensed to practice in all Alabama courts in 1992, and enjoys an AV rating by Martindale-Hubbell . Mr. Bains is a member of Phi Alpha Delta Legal Fraternity and served as an Associate Editor of the Journal of the Legal Profession and also was a member of the John A. Campbell Moot Court Board while in law school. He is a member of the Alabama State Bar Association, American Bar Association, Birmingham Bar Association, Alabama Defense Lawyers Association, National Association or Railroad Trial Counsel and the Defense Research Institute. Mr. Bains is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals and all inferior District Courts in Alabama.
