PATRICK R. NORRIS: Mr. Norris was born in Gadsden, Alabama on September 26, 1966. He began his college education on a Presidential Scholarship at the University of South Alabama and transferred to Auburn University where he earned a B.A. degree in 1990 and was a member of the Economics National Honor Society of Omicron Delta Epsilon. He received a J.D. degree from Cumberland School of Law in 1993. Mr. Norris was a member of the Cumberland Moot Court Board and the 1992 regional champion Cumberland National Mock Trial Team. He was admitted to the Bar and licensed to practice in Alabama in 1993. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Alabama State Bar Association, Birmingham Bar Association, Alabama Defense Lawyers Association and the Defense Research Institute. Mr. Norris is admitted to practice before all state courts as well as the Federal 11^th Circuit court of Appeals and all inferior District Courts in Alabama.
