Firm Overview

In September 1997 William J. McDaniel, Jack Bains, and Patrick Norris established the firm of McDaniel, Bains & Norris, P.C. to focus on trial litigation in the state and federal courts of Alabama and Northern Florida.  Since its inception the firm has continued to grow and diversify its representation of both insureds and insurance carriers, as well as self-insureds, in all forms of litigation from automobile accidents to multi-party, complex fraud, excess, products liability and direction action defense.  At the opening of the new millennium the firm stands ready to continue its growth through not only the most finely honed trial skills but through the use and employment of advancements in technology to bring to light their clients’ positions into clear focus for juries.  Our firm is a small and tight knit group of practitioners who believe the relationship with our clients is just as important as their defense in court.  Our goal is to deliver the highest caliber of legal representation while, at the same time, developing the trust and confidence of our clients.  Our goal is symbolized in one word: INTEGRITY.  Integrity both in the court room and in our day to day practice.
