JACK MARTIN BAINS, JR.: Mr. Bains was
born in Birmingham, Alabama on June 19, 1967. He attended the University of
Alabama, where he earned a B.A. degree in 1989 and his J.D. degree in 1992. He
was admitted to the Bar and licensed to practice in all Alabama courts in 1992,
and enjoys an AV rating by Martindale-Hubbell. Mr. Bains is a member of
Phi Alpha Delta Legal Fraternity and served as an Associate Editor of the Journal
of the Legal Profession and also was a member of the John A. Campbell Moot
Court Board while in law school. He is a member of the Alabama State Bar
Association, American Bar Association, Birmingham Bar Association, Alabama
Defense Lawyers Association, National Association or Railroad Trial Counsel and
the Defense Research Institute. Mr. Bains is admitted to practice before the
United States Supreme Court, the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals and all inferior

PATRICK
R. NORRIS: Mr. Norris was born in Gadsden, Alabama on September 26,
1966. He began his college education on a Presidential Scholarship at the
University of South Alabama and
transferred to Auburn University where he earned a B.A. degree in 1990 and was
a member of the Economics National Honor Society of Omicron Delta Epsilon. He
received a J.D. degree from Cumberland School of Law in 1993. Mr. Norris was a
member of the Cumberland Moot Court Board and the 1992 regional champion
Cumberland National Mock Trial Team. He was admitted to the Bar and licensed to
practice in Alabama in 1993 and enjoys a BV rating by Martindale-Hubbell.
He is a member of the American Bar Association, Alabama State Bar Association,
Birmingham Bar Association, Alabama Defense Lawyers Association and the Defense
Research Institute. Mr. Norris is admitted to practice before all state courts as well as the
federal 11th Circuit Court of Appeals and all inferior District

WILLIAM
S. CROWSON: Mr. Crowson was born in Frankfurt, Germany on June 27,
1960. He attended Birmingham Southern College on a Presidential Scholarship
where he earned a B.A. degree in 1982. After working several years with
SouthTrust Corporation where he rose to the level of Assistant Vice President,
Mr. Crowson attended Cumberland School of Law and earned a J.D. degree in 1993.
He was a member of the Cumberland Moot Court Board and was the champion of the
1992 Cumberland Moot Court Competition. He was admitted to the Bar and licensed
to practice in Alabama in 1993. He is a member of the American Bar Association,
including the Workers Compensation and Labor and Employment Sections, Alabama
Bar Association, Alabama Trial Lawyers Association, Association of Trial
Lawyers of America and the Birmingham Bar Association. Mr. Crowson is admitted
to practice before all state courts as well as the federal 11th
